Inviting teammates
Invite colleagues to an entity so they can sign in with their own identity and work within the roles you assign.
Who can invite
Admin → Team is available to organization Owners and Admins. Switch to the entity you want to manage in the header before you open the team page.
Household (personal) entities use a simplified member list with Member and Viewer roles.
Send an invite
- Open Admin → Team.
- Choose Invite teammate.
- Enter the person’s email address.
- Select a role preset:
- Admin — full entity administration, including team and billing settings.
- Accountant — books, ledger, and operational modules without full admin access.
- Viewer — read-only access across permitted modules.
- Support requester — Helpdesk-focused access for ticket submitters.
- Send the invite.
The recipient receives an email with a link to accept. They sign in (or create an account) with that email address, then land in your entity with the assigned role.
After someone joins
- Review active members and roles on Admin → Team.
- Adjust access by changing roles or removing members when someone leaves the organization.
- Invited users can register a passkey from Settings → Profile after their first sign-in.
