Inviting teammates

Invite colleagues to an entity so they can sign in with their own identity and work within the roles you assign.

Who can invite

Admin → Team is available to organization Owners and Admins. Switch to the entity you want to manage in the header before you open the team page.

Household (personal) entities use a simplified member list with Member and Viewer roles.

Send an invite

  1. Open Admin → Team.
  2. Choose Invite teammate.
  3. Enter the person’s email address.
  4. Select a role preset:
    • Admin — full entity administration, including team and billing settings.
    • Accountant — books, ledger, and operational modules without full admin access.
    • Viewer — read-only access across permitted modules.
    • Support requester — Helpdesk-focused access for ticket submitters.
  5. Send the invite.

The recipient receives an email with a link to accept. They sign in (or create an account) with that email address, then land in your entity with the assigned role.

After someone joins

  • Review active members and roles on Admin → Team.
  • Adjust access by changing roles or removing members when someone leaves the organization.
  • Invited users can register a passkey from Settings → Profile after their first sign-in.
