How partners earn
Three tracks — client referral share, partner recruitment credits, and services you deliver. Platform usage stays on prepaid credits per tenant.
Client referral share
10% of referred client credit purchases
When you introduce a business that goes live on Axiomatic and buys platform credits, you earn a share of that client's prepaid usage for the first year.
Partner recruitment
$50 when a firm you refer joins the program
Recruit another accounting firm or implementer into the partner program. When they complete onboarding, your firm receives prepaid platform credits.
Services margin
You keep 100% of your service fees
Implementation, cutover, training, and ongoing retainers are priced and invoiced by you. Axiomatic bills platform usage separately on each tenant's prepaid credit balance.
Your client owns their entity — books, bank connections, and approvals. They fund their own platform credits and pay you separately for the work you deliver.

Trial-balance opening balances from QuickBooks, Xero, or spreadsheets. Cutover over migration — full history is optional and higher risk.

Bank feeds, AR/AP, invoicing, CRM, documents, and team RBAC configured for how the customer actually runs.
Reconciliation & close
Subledger grids clean before first period close. Fail loud — never silently patch ledger drift.
Training & hypercare
Handoff with documented scope, sign-off checklist, and a defined hypercare window after go-live.
Ongoing managed services
Fractional bookkeeping, controller support, and advisory retainers on top of the platform the customer owns.
Certification tiers
Practical labs in sandbox tenants — not theoretical exams. Accounting firms can apply directly; implementers progress through certification.
