Close your organization

Organization owners can schedule closure from Admin → Data & privacy.

Before you close

• Export anything you need for records or migration.
• Resolve open billing credits (refunds may be available from Admin → Billing during the grace period).
• If the organization has multiple entities, archive subsidiaries you no longer need, or confirm you want to close the entire organization.

What happens

1. Immediately: team members lose access; integrations disconnect; auto-recharge stops.
2. Days 0–30: you can still export data.
3. Day 30: recoverable data is cryptographically destroyed.
4. Day 90: the isolated database is permanently removed.

Type the organization name to confirm closure. This action is intended for organizations you no longer operate in Axiomatic.

Household

Personal households use Settings → Household → Delete household, which follows the same retention timeline.
